Once it has been set up, you can access your site using the domain name requested when you registered. By default, all of our domains can be accessed through http://www.yourdomain.com or http://yourdomain.com

There are two ways you can upload your files to our servers.

1. Use the file upload in your control panel.
   Log in to your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 then use the file manager facility from the domain dashboard.
2. Through FTP
   You can use your login details to transfer files to our servers by FTP. The FTP address to upload your files to is ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com

Either way, once you have logged in you need to place the files for your website in the directory called httpdocs

All of our hosting accounts come with graphical website statistics.
To access the statistics for your site, log in to your control panel at https://www.kingfishercs.co.uk:8443/, then from your domain's pave follow the reports link.

We have two different options for displaying website statistics, AWstats and Webalizer. Both extract information from the server log files for your site, and display the information using tables and graphs.
From your control panel, you can select which type of website statistics you want to see, however by changing the reporting system you will lose all historic data.
